A: Currently, no. But we're working on a stand-alone battery charger.

Q2: Is the MultiCooler waterproof?

A: The MultiCooler is IPX4 rated for protection against splashes from all directions.

Q3: Can I take out the B70 battery when MultiCooler is connected to a power source?

A: Yes, but the MultiCooler can only be used with a solar panel if there is a battery inside it.

Q4: Does MultiCooler work with a solar panel without B70 battery?

A: No. The MultiCooler accepts solar charging ONLY with B70 battery inserted.

Q5: How much water is needed to make ice?

A: 0.2oz to 34.1oz (300ml to 1,000ml).

Q6: How does the self-cleaning mode work?

A: It uses a continuous water flow for thorough self-cleaning, ensuring pure and fresh ice while preventing bacteria buildup.

Q7: How does the MultiCooler connect to the app?

A: Via Bluetooth.

Q8: How does the ice cube come off? What if it doesn't?

A: After making ice, the MultiCooler will automatically de-ice. If the ice cube does not come off, run the de-icing process again.

Q9: Power consumption for MultiCooler in ECO mode?

A: 0.18kWh per day.

Q10: How does the anti-tilt protection work?

A: It's a safety mechanism to protect the compressor.
Tilt > 45°: Shuts down to protect the compressor.
30° ≤ Tilt < 35°: Resumes normal operation.
35° ≤ Tilt < 45°: Maintains the previous state, run or shut down.

Q11: Which compressor does MultiCooler use?

A: We use Huayi compressors, which have been extensively used by leading commercial refrigeration and domestic refrigerator companies over years.
